We collect personal information in different ways, such as when we ask for your contact information when you correspond with us through this website, when you register for information or on a Homebuyers List at this website and when you answer surveys or complete questionnaires on the website.

We may share your personal information with other related or affiliated entities. In addition, we may share your personal information with other entities that we do business with.

Individuals who are California residents and who have established a business relationship with Singleton Heights have a legal right to obtain (1) the names and addresses of all third parties unaffiliated with Singleton Heights that received personal information from Singleton Heights for the third parties’ direct marketing purposed during this preceding calendar year and (2) a list of the categories of information so disclosed. Such information is not specific to any individuals and will be provided in a standard format.

It is Singleton Heights’ policy (a) not to share any customer’s marketing information for direct marketing purposes unless and until the customer and Singleton Heights enter into either a contract for the customer’s purchase of a residence or a purchase reservation as described in the regulations of the California Department of Real Estate and (b) not to otherwise share the marketing information of any customer who provides personal information on any Singleton Heights’ “interest list” but does not enter into such a purchase contract or reservation.
